Nothing comes closer to Old Hollywood Glamour than a Sue Wong dress. The Luxe dress of the week is this beautifully detailed, white, v-neck, dropped back, feathered bottom Sue Wong masterpiece.

The first time I saw this dress I was strolling through Century 21 downtown Manhattan. I thought, if only I had a Gatsby themed event to attend, this would be perfect! By the way, I love the 20s. I took it into the fitting room and once I tried it on, I knew it was mine.

The embroidery reminds me of regal designs and the cut is respectful yet sexy. I'm usually picky about garments that have materials hanging off of them but the pieces in combination with the feathers are so much fun.

This Sue Wong dress of the week speaks volumes on its own so, picking out jewelry to match can be a challenge. I would go with a simple earring and fun head piece as shown below. An additional option is to wear a bracelet. I would stay away from a necklace because it cuts through the illusion of a long neckline. A necklace would shorten your neck and depending on the design, may take attention away from the dress.
